Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

​We keep our shipping simple and straightforward:

• ​Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped the next working day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order is on its way.
• ​Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
• ​Shipping Cost: We charge a flat rate of £12 for delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

​When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
